Records Management
The Chancellor's Office is responsible for archiving and managing the retention of all corporate documents and records for OUS, pursuant to Oregon Administrative Rule Chapter 166, Division 475. The function is performed by the office by OUS Records Management. OUS Records Management services provides assistance primarily to OUS Chancellor's Office departments and divisions in the form of:
- Inactive records storage and disposition
- Retention schedule development and implementation
- Records analysis and identification
- Filing system analysis
- Information concerning other records management issues such as microfilm and imaging technology
