RE: Associate of Arts/Oregon Transfer Degree
Nearly a decade has passed since the Associate of Arts/Oregon Transfer degree was first negotiated between Oregon's community colleges and the (then) State System of Higher Education (now the Oregon University System). Revisions to the requirements were made several years ago, but the degree's intent has remained constant. Responsible for its oversight, the Joint Boards Articulation Commission (JBAC) has become aware that restatement of its intent would be helpful. Specifically, we would like to remind you that
