IMPORTANT NOTICE - Responsibility of Each Vendor Participating in the Bidding Process:
It will be the responsibility of each participating Vendor to refer daily to the OUS Business Opportunities website to check for any available opportunities, addendum to current opportunities, cancellations, or intents to award posted there. It is not OUS' responsibility to notify participating Vendors by email or by any other means of any of the above.
OUS has adopted policies applicable to all Vendors/Contractors that prohibit sexual harassment and that the Vendor's/Contractor's company and employees are required to adhere to institutional policies prohibiting sexual harassment in their interactions with members of the institutional community.
OUS has published its Request for Proposals for the Construction Related Services Retainer Program. This Retainer only opens once every two years! If you are a contractor who wants to provide construction related services to the OUS institutions, you must submit a Proposal to the RFP. The RFP can be found at http://www.ous.edu/dept/capcon/.
