Description:
Portland State University (PSU) is seeking bids from roofing contractors for the Blumel Hall Roof Project, located at 1705 SW 11th Avenue, Portland State University, Portland, OR.

The project includes: Repair of pitch pan, Penthouse vent flange, wall and unit flashings; and installation of pipe lead caps, stainless clamping rings, power vents and roof surfacing.

A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at 10:00 AM at PSU, Facilities and Planning, 617 SW Montgomery Street, Suite 202, Portland, OR.

Sealed bids are due November 12, 2009.
