Oregon State University is seeking Qualifications from general contractors (GC) for the McAlexander Fieldhouse Renovation project (the “Project”). The Project includes renovation of the interior and some exterior elements of the McAlexander Fieldhouse, including repair and painting for wall and structural surfaces; replacement of electrical services; program elements including hard surface court area, replacement of turf, climbing wall, and challenge course; and the addition of support facilities such as reception, offices, restrooms, and storage spaces.

Interested firms should download the RFQ from the OSU Procurement and Contract Services website http://PaCS.oregonstate.edu (under Vendor Services, Open and Advertised Procurements) and then respond in writing to the RFQ before 2:00 PM, November 24, 2009.
