Description:
The State of Oregon acting by and through the State Board of Higher Education on behalf of the University of Oregon for the School of Law (“University of Oregon”) intends to award a contract to Lane County Legal Aid and Advocacy Center (“LCLAAC”) for LCLAAC to provide University law students with hands-on clinical experience to in the area related to domestic violence, stalking and sexual assault.

An entity may protest this sole source award determination in accordance with OAR 580-061-0145 not later than November 12, 2009 by 4:00 PM. Protests must be submitted to Purchasing and Contracts Services, Attn: Contracts Manager, 720 E. 13th Ave., Suite 302, Eugene, OR 97401.
