Description:
The State of Oregon acting by and through the State Board of Higher Education on behalf of the University of Oregon for the Office of Public and Governmental Affairs(“University of Oregon”) intends to award a contract to Jennifer Schafer-Soderman dba Cascad Associates to provide consultant services in identifying and procuring congressional interest funding for University from federal agencies for Fiscal Year 2011.

An entity may protest this sole source award determination in accordance with OAR 580-061-0145 not later than November 13, 2009 by 3:30pm. Protests must be submitted to Purchasing and Contracts Services, Attn: Contracts Manager, 720 E. 13th Ave., Suite 302, Eugene, OR 97401.
