Description:
The State of Oregon, acting by and through, the State Board of Higher Education, on behalf of Portland State University (PSU) hereby solicits proposals from qualified property management firms to provide property and asset management services for PSU’s Office of Business Affairs. Services shall include, but not necessarily limited to, managing tenant leases, collecting rent payments, acting as liaison between tenants and university departments, accounting for rental income and tenant expenses including landlord-paid expenses, managing property maintenance and repairs, and competitively recruiting new tenants upon vacancy. PSU intends to award a single contract award in connection with this RFP.
