SOLE SOURCE: Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of Flooring at Magruder Hall, room 122 from Polytech Industrial as a sole source due to the reasonable availability and special needs or qualifications. An entity may protest this determination in accordance with OAR 580-061—0145 no later than 07/22/08 at 12:00 noon. Protests must be submitted to Procurement and Contract Services, 644 SW 13th Street, Corvallis, Oregon 97333.
