Description:
Western Oregon University (WOU) is issuing an “Invitation to Bid” for cable television services to be provided to WOU Residence Halls and other areas on campus. “Attachment A” of the “Invitation to Bid” provides the approximate number and location of units and cable connections. “Attachment B” provides a listing of the programming and initial channel offerings that must be included. The initial term of the contract will be for a period of three years, from September 1, 2008 through August 31, 2011. Upon mutual agreement of the parties, the contract may be renewed for two additional one-year terms.

Issuance and Advertising of Bid – July 17, 2008
MANDATORY Pre-Bid Walkthrough – July 24, 2008 @ 9:00 AM.

Deadline for Requests for Clarification/Modifications or Protests – July 28, 2008 @ 4:00 PM.

Bid Closing Date / Time – August 6, 2008 @ 2:00 PM.
