PSU is seeking a Design-Build team for construction of a bicycle parking structure to be located on the parking lot at the NE corner of SW 10th & Harrison Streets. A mandatory pre-bid and site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, 9-30-08, at 10:00 AM at PSU, 617 SW Montgomery St., #202, Portland, OR. Bid proposals are due 3:00 PM, 10-31-08.
