Hyperion Crosswalk to Financial Statement Captions
Hyperion Crosswalk to Financial Statement Captions
The crosswalk shows how the accounting data in Banner FIS is translated through Hyperion Logic into the financial statement captions.
The data is translated based on:
Major Fund GroupThe general translation is done through a "BASE LOGIC" (see column E). Unless stated otherwise, the base logic applies to all fund groups.
Major Account Type and/or Specific Account Code(s)
"EXCEPTIONS" to the base logic apply to certain fund groups, or to a series of funds within a fund group (see columns F through T). Within each exceptions column, a blank cell means that the base logic applies.
The crosswalk does not take into consideration any HYPERION ADJUSTMENTS OR RECLASSIFICATIONS. Blank cells in the base logic signify that amounts for those financial statements captions are populated by Hyperion adjustments or reclassifications.
Other Notes:
-
The operating
expenditures are broken out by program code. The five digit
number after the account type refers to the program code.
-
Within the cash flow
statement, the term "Base" refers to the ending balance of
the prior year.
