Update Web Definition of 20108

OSU requested clarification be added to the web definition of account 20108 ‘Subscriptions’ to clearly include ‘non-paper’ on-line subscriptions. It is believed that this clarification will aid in the proper coding of on-line electronic subscriptions to account ‘20108 Subscriptions’ rather than confused with ‘network access charges’. This clarification should also aid in the reporting of subscriptions for F&A rate proposals purposes.

This clarification was made to the web definition during the first quarter of FY ’06.
