Additional Information Technology Account Codes
The Oregon Department of Administration has requested additional break-out of state agency IT expenditures. A workgroup, facilitated by Rod Bowman, resulted in the suggestion of three additional account codes pertaining to Information Technology (IT) expenditures:
20204 Other IT Related Peripherals
23514 IT Hardware Maintenance Contracts (Tax Reportable)
24527 IT Related Personnel Service Contracts (Tax Reportable)For a complete listing and description of all IT expenditure account codes please see the Fiscal Policy Manual, Account Codes.
The implementation date of the new IT account codes is July 1, 2005.
