The OUS Enrollment and Student Services Department develops, implements, and manages policies and services that lead to successful admission, retention, and graduation of students from the OUS campuses.

The Enrollment and Student Services staff members communicate with Oregon's high school guidance and college counselors and community college transfer advisors through various publications and services. They also work closely with K-16 Alignment (see link to right) and staff from the K-12 and community college sectors on collaborative programs and projects aimed to foster student success throughout the educational pipeline. The Director of Enrollment and Student Services serves as a liaison with several system-wide administrative groups, including financial aid directors, admissions directors, and directors of student affairs.

Student Resources

The Enrollment and Student Service department communicates system-wide policies related to student enrollment.

• Admissions and Residency: System-wide policies, forms and links related to admissions and residency at Oregon’s seven public institutions.
• Costs and Financial Aid: System-wide information, policies, and links, on tuition and fees and financial aid offerings at OUS campuses.
• Transfer Students and Dual Enrollment: Policies, information, and procedures for students interested in transferring to an OUS institution from another college or university.
• Counselor Resources: ( Link on right ) Information and policies for guidance staff at high schools in Oregon that will help facilitate students’ journey from high school and into college, including information on the OUS high school visitation program.
