Labor Relations
The Director of Labor Relations develops and coordinates a comprehensive labor relations program for SEIU represented employees of the seven public universities that comprise the Oregon University System (OUS). The Director also assists and advises on institutions' labor contract negotiations with faculty and other unions, assists in recommendations for classification and compensation, and serves as a resource for institutional administrators and OUS staff in developing, negotiating, interpreting, and administering staff policy and collective bargaining contract provisions.
