The OUS 2013-14 Academic Year and 2014 Summer Session Draft Fee Book is provided to encourage and allow public comment prior to submittal to the Oregon State Board of Higher Education for approval.  Substantive policy changes have been highlighted in red. The public comment period extends from April 29, 2013 until 5:00 pm, May 10, 2013.

Submittal of the final recommendation to the Board is scheduled for June 21, 2013 with campuses presenting their proposals to the Finance and Administration Committee on May 24, 2013. 

Comments can be submitted in several ways:

1)  In person at either of two public hearings which are scheduled as follows:

• May 2, 2013  10:00 -11:00 am    Corvallis, OR   
   Memorial Union, Board Room (2nd Floor), OSU,  Corvallis, OR 

• May 3, 2013 10:00 -11:00 am    Eugene, OR 
  Board Room of the Erb Memorial Union, UO  Eugene, OR

2) In writing, either by mail or online for those unable to attend the public hearings.

Deadline for receipt of written or electronic submissions was 5:00 pm May 10, 2013.

3) In person at the May 24, 2013 State Board of Higher Education meeting of the Finance committee.  The meeting begins at 9 am and runs to the afternoon, with public testimony beginning at approximately 12:30 pm.  Public testimony is time limited and will be prioritized by campus representation.  Please sign up to to testify with the Associate Board Secretary at the meeting no later than 11:00 am.  Board meeting location is: 1800 SW 6th Ave. Suite 515, Portland, OR  97201 at the Academic and Student Recreational Center of the PSU campus.
