Jack Isselmann is Principal of Vista Strategies, a public affairs and government relations firm based in Salem. Prior to founding Vista Strategies, Jack served as the Deputy Director for the Oregon Economic and Community Development Department (OECDD). He joined OECDD in 2003 after serving as the Governor's appointed chair of the Economic and Community Development Commission.

Prior to joining OECDD, Jack was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Electro Scientific Industries since 2000. Before joining ESI, Jack was a Senior Attorney at Intel Corporation. Prior to working at Intel, he worked as an attorney for the Portland-based law firm Stoel Rives LLP.

Jack graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Southern California and earned his law degree with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law. The Business Journal selected Jack as a 2002 recipient of its “Forty Under 40” Award that recognizes forty businesspeople under age 40 for professional accomplishment and community involvement. Jack has served on the Board of Trustees for the Oregon Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry. Jack is married and has two young daughters.
