| November 15, 2000 Contact: Bob Bruce, 503-725-5714 Joint Board of Education to Meet in Salem Friday EUGENE - The Joint Boards of Education will meet Friday, Nov. 17 on the campus of Chemeketa Community College in Salem. On the agenda for the meeting are discussions on credit course transfer, early college options, the Joint Boards Articulation Commission work plan, and updates on emerging issues and legislative activities. The meeting will be held in the Board Room of Chemeketa Community College's Building 2 from 1:30 to 4 p.m. The session is open to the public. Prior the joint meeting, the Executive Committee of the State Board of Higher Education will meet from 12 to 1:15 p.m. in Building 34, Rooms A/D to review two personnel grievances. -OUS- |
