Online Northwest is a one-day conference focusing on learning about computers and technology in all types of libraries. Registration includes lunch and entry in the door prize drawings. Submitting this form will generate a customized registration form you can print out and mail or fax to the address indicated, complete with payment and/or payment information. Registrations are not complete until payment is received. One form per person, please.
