About SharePoint

SharePoint is a portal based collaboration and document management system that, currently, is most effecient using Internet Explorer. In order for a user to use SharePoint, they must have a ONID account from OSU. If you need a temporary account, please contact Jason_Dickey@ous.edu

The current OUS SharePoint structure is setup in the following structure with permissions assigned on each level:

  1. Main OUS Sharepoint - This is the top level page for the OUS SharePoint service
    1. Final Legislative Library - Once a Legislative document is final, it will be placed here. All OUS employees have read access to this section.
    2. TeamSites - This is where various departments and groups are listed.
      1. Legislative Development - Actual work and development of legislative documents will take place here.
