TO: MEMBERS OF THE STATE BOARD OF HIGHER EDUCATION

The Oregon State Board of Higher Education will meet in Executive Session for the purpose of interviewing finalists for the position of President of Eastern Oregon University and subsequent discussions. The Board will then convene a special meeting for the purpose of selecting a candidate and authorizing the Chancellor to negotiate a contract. All meetings will be held on the campus of Eastern Oregon University, La Grande, Oregon, in accordance with the locations and schedule listed below:

Wednesday, April 15, 1998

Thursday, April 16, 1998
8:00 a.m. Board Meeting
Main Lounge, Hoke Center
