Meetings of the State Board of Higher Education's Investment Committee, Performance Report Card Review Panel, and the 2010 Document Review Subcommittee will be held on Thursday, March 18; Friday, March 19; and Wednesday, March 24, 1999. The meetings will convene in accordance with the locations and schedules listed below:

Thursday, March 18, 1999

3-5:30 p.m. Investment Committee

Portland, Oregon

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Committee's charter, review the second quarter investment report, and receive a preliminary report on new equity investments. Members of the Committee are Phyllis Wustenberg (chair), Gail McAllister, and Jim Willis.

Friday, March 19, 1999

9-10:30 a.m. Performance Report Card Review Panel
Room 238 (Browsing Lounge), Smith Memorial Center
Portland State University

The purpose of the meeting is to review, discuss, and offer comments on the draft System Performance Report Card prepared by staff. Members of the panel include: Herb Aschkenasy; Diane Christopher; Jim Willis; Rob Miller (former Board member); Diana Snowden (Portland, OR); and Jeff Tryens (Oregon Progress Board).

9:30-10:30 a.m. 2010 Document Review Subcommittee
Telephone Conference Call

Telephone conference sites for the public will be at the following locations:

Eugene: Room 121, Susan Campbell Hall, University of Oregon
Portland: Suite 850, 1600 SW Fourth Avenue

The purpose of the meeting to is review the 1994 document Education Unbounded: A Vision of Public Higher Education Serving Oregon in the Year 2010. The Subcommittee will offer recommendations for modifications, if necessary, to the System Strategic Planning Committee. Members of the Subcommittee are David Koch, Jim Lussier, and Jim Willis.
