The Oregon University System's seven universities and one branch campus offer diverse, high quality programs of study to students from across the state and across the world. From hundreds of exciting majors—many unique to Oregon—to first-rate professors who provide relevant learning and research experiences, our universities will give you the foundation you need to define and excel in your life and career. Whether you are from a rural or urban area, just graduating from high school or planning to transfer from another college, interested in a small campus setting or a larger university, Oregon’s public university campuses and programs can make your dreams a reality.
The OUS Viewbook: Freshman and Transfer Undergraduate Admission Information 2012-13 is an introductory brochure for prospective undergraduate students showcasing Oregon's seven public universities and branch campus. The Viewbook includes profiles of each institution, a listing of academic programs at all campuses, and application guidelines.
This website will offer basic information on the many opportunities available to you at OUS campuses, and how to get started. Always look closely at the websites for the universities that interest you to learn more about campus-specific information, academic programs, admissions guidelines, and more. Also consider visiting on one of our campus preview dates listed in the Viewbook, which are usually on weekends and throughout the year.
If you are exploring transferring to an Oregon public university or returning to college after starting in the past, go to the Transfer Student section for more guidance and resources.
Best wishes exploring your college future!
